Customer Service

Customer service is our most important priority. 

Orders are usually shipped within two days of receipt of cleared payment.  Orders paid by personal check will be shipped 10 days after the check is received, and those paid by e-check via PayPal will be shipped when we are notified by PayPal that the payment has cleared the bank.

All orders are carefully and securely packed to resist handling in transit, even by postal employees who like to see if a package makes a sound like breaking glass when thrown into a distant bin.  If, in spite of all that, an item is received damaged, an insurance claim can be filed by the recipient OR by the mailer.  Save all wrappings and the insurance sticker, and bring them and the damaged item to your local Post Office.  They will help you file a claim  for damage.  You should also bring proof of the value of the item, including any costs for repairs we did.
